Delivery Information

We post all items regardless of value; all items are sent as recorded delivery. We use Royal mail and a local courier company. Both have their own insurance if items are damaged during post.

Royal mail procedure- please ensure that you check the item properly when received, open package to make sure item is not damaged, if item is damaged then please mention this to the person delivering it. Sign it damaged and take the name of the person delivering. Then inform us and we will send you the original receipt and then you can claim from royal mail.

Local Courier Company- when item is received please check item and make sure item is not damaged. If item is damaged please write what the damage is and take the name of the person delivering. A claim can only be processed if damage is reported within 3 days of receiving item/s. A claim form will be filled out with the courier company and then processed.

 

If you sign for the goods and do not note down the damage then you will not be covered and a claim can not be processed and I will not be able to do anything about this.


Parts supplied by ourselves must be fitted by an approved mechanic/installer. Proof will be required in order for us to process the refund otherwise refund will not be given. Please also ensure that our secure markings are not tampered or removed. Our parts come with a 7 days return to base warranty unless otherwise states. Gearboxes come with 14 days return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. Engines come with a 21 day return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.
